Twinings is a British icon synonymous with masterfully blending tea for over 300 years. Our refresh takes a beloved heritage brand and makes it resonate with modern wellness.

Our packs are a key touchpoint in our consumer’s journey and brand experience. So refreshing our portfolio strategy to better reflect what our brand represents and the role it plays in consumer lives everyday was hugely important to us. We’re delighted with the outcome and our consumer research says - our customers are too - stating that the new designs make our products look modern, quality and delicious.

How do you take a heritage brand like Twinings and make it resonate in today’s wellness-conscious world? The answer lay in creating a cohesive design system and a new Essence symbol that radiates energy and anchors the brand’s Superblends, green teas, and infusions.

Each pack was reimagined combining botanist-style illustrations with vibrant photography, reflecting the expertise of Twinings’ Master Blenders and herbalists.

We brought the story of each blend to life, balancing great taste with the benefits of wellbeing, while making the portfolio easy to navigate.

The shift didn’t stop at visuals. We evolved Twinings’ tone of voice from functional to inspirational, capturing the joy of being alive in every drop to engage loyal drinkers and a new generation alike.
