We Are Now An Employee Owned Company

As part of our long-term planning to ensure the continued success of the agency, we have taken the decision to move to an employee ownership trust (EOT) from today, following the sale of partner shares to employees.

Founded as a partnership with a keen independent spirit, people have always been at the heart of our ethos, which is something the team are keen to further embed.

Changing the company to an employee-owned structure will create a genuine joint vested interest and a shared return for long term success, whilst keeping together everything that makes our agency unique.
In maintaining creative independence, the move will enable our staff to become more invested financially and operationally in BrandOpus’ future trajectory, as well as benefit from the provision of tax-free bonuses each year.

Over the coming months, we will create an Employee Council to provide an additional avenue for our employees to be more engaged in the decision-making process.

Our current executive and leadership team will remain in place following the transition, whilst all former partners will become employees. These changes will be effective immediately and affect the entire BrandOpus team across the UK, US and Australia.
