Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) has announced
the winners of its 58th Anniversary GDUSA
Package Design Awards, a celebration of the
power of effective package design. We're
delighted to announce that we have been
awarded three wins for our work on Huzzah,
Miller Genuine Draft and gevalia.
The GDUSA Package Design Awards was
created to recognize the value of package
design that is both attractive and strategic. The
annual competition includes more than 20
categories ranging from food & beverage to
beauty & personal care.
More than 2,200 entries were received overall
this year - one of the biggest totals ever - and a
highly selective Top Ten Percent have been
selected as winners.

responsibility is undoubtedly positive and its
impact can potentially be widely felt. But what
does it actually have to do with marketing? Or as
Leo Hadden, head of strategy at BrandOpus,
recently put to Mumbrella360, “Does having a
higher social purpose actively influence consumer
behaviour at the point of purchase and can a
brand be truly distinctive if everyone is claiming to
make the world a better place?”
