Senior Client Manager Chicago

We’re actively recruiting a sharp thinking, proactive Senior Client Manager to join our busy, friendly and hard-working Client Services team in our London studio.
The role in a bit more detail:
As the Senior Client Manager, you will be a critical part of a team working on a variety of projects and client accounts from CPG, to corporate, both famous brands and challengers. You are responsible for owning and developing client relationships, becoming a partner and friend to your clients and establishing great relationships internally across different levels, working with our global teams in New York and London.
You’ll think strategically and think on your feet to solve challenges as they are presented, working with your Business Director and the wider team to grow the client accounts, and getting involved with New Business and pitches when needed.
What we’re looking for:
Fantastic project management; with the ability to proactively drive projects through from the very beginning to completion.
An established Client Manager or Senior Client Manager who loves to get stuck in with a willingness to grow and learn, and is keen to be part of the thinking, not just the doing.
A charismatic and clear communicator, excellent attention to detail and organization skills. You’ll enjoy working closely with the wider team and the different departments in the agency.
Someone who is keen to upskill, develop and work as part of a tightknit Client Services team, managing both upwards and downwards.
You’re cool-headed when it comes to dealing with tricky situations, balancing a calm, collected attitude with drive and ambition. You don’t mind juggling plates and are a real team player, getting stuck in to do what’s needed to make the work as strong as possible.
A passion for branding and marketing; highly engaged and taking a keen interest in industry news and broader cultural shifts, to bring interesting perspectives to your internal teams and clients, to add value to your work and the business.
Someone who is as good at organizing a client dinner as they are managing budgets and keeping accurate financial records and trackers.

- Minimum 3-5 years of working in a global agency – ideally with some CPG client experience
