We’re actively recruiting a sharp thinking, articulate and ambitious Strategy Director to join our fast-paced and dynamic Strategy Team in London.
The role in a bit more detail:
As Strategy Director you will be responsible for unlocking competitive advantage for a spectrum of clients across FMCG and corporate, via the power of brand. You will elevate the agency profile through compelling content generation and thought-leadership. You’ll also nurture, develop and grow talent within the team, as well as strengthen inter-departmental ways of working.
What we’re looking for:
A curious, design-literate brand enthusiast that’s able to translate business challenges into brand opportunities, distilling complex thought into compelling narratives.
A leader who works closely with other specialists to make the transition from intent to actuality seamless.
Someone pragmatic yet imaginative, who recognises that people are not as rational as we are conditioned to believe – and understands the distinction between brand and product.
A person who feels at home in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and prefers starting/changing a conversation rather than having the final word.

The nitty gritty
5+ years’ experience working on core brand strategy at a tier one agency.
Fluent in brand architecture, innovation, naming, and new brand creation.
Comms/integrated/digital experience welcome.
Comfortable holding strategic conversation with C-Suite clients.
